If you signed up for a Membership with Dr.Job would like to cancel, follow these easy steps.

To avoid being charged, it’s important to cancel before your trial ends, which is 24 Hours before renewal  

How to cancel your Membership:

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the Dr.Job website. From the dropdown menu, select "My Account" to access your settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the Dr. Job Membership Section

Inside your account settings, look for the section labeled "Dr.Job Membership". This section includes all the details about your current subscription, including your membership status.

Step 3: Click on the Cancellation Link

Within the membership section, you’ll see the sentence:
“Please click here to confirm your request.”
Click on "click here" to begin the cancellation process.

Step 4: Terminate Your Membership

You will be redirected to a short exit questionnaire. After filling it out, click on "Terminate Membership" to finalize your cancellation.

Step 5: Confirm Your Cancellation

Go back to your account settings and check your renewal date under the Dr.Job Membership section. If it shows that your subscription has been cancelled, you're all set.

Important Note:

If you do not cancel your membership 24 hours before renewal, your membership will automatically renew, and the regular subscription fee will apply. If you no longer wish to continue with Dr.Job Premium, make sure to cancel your trial in time.
