I Was Charged but I Don’t Want the Service – Can I Get a Refund?
Dr. Job follows a strict no-refund policy. By subscribing or purchasing any service, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. All payments are non-refundable, including auto-renewals. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel anytime via your Dr. Job account dashboard: Log in to your account Go to “My Account” → “Subscription Settings” Click “Cancel Subscription” To avoid being charged again, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
How Can I Request an Invoice?
Invoices are auto-generated and typically appear within 24 hours of payment. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you still don’t see it: Go to the Help Center Contact create a ticket, and fill out the Right Details.
Where Can I Find My Invoice on Dr. Job?
Here’s how to locate your invoice: Log in to your account Click your profile icon (top-right) Go to “Billing” or “Subscription Settings” Scroll to the Invoices section Download/view the PDF If your invoice doesn’t appear within 24 hours of payment, Create a ticket here.
