If your credit or debit card is being declined while trying to purchase a Dr. Job Premium Membership, it could be due to one of several common issues. Here’s what to check:
1. Incorrect Payment Details
Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing info. A simple typo can cause the transaction to fail.
2. Insufficient Funds
Make sure your account has enough balance to cover the full amount, including any VAT or processing fees.
3. Expired Card
If your card is expired, update your payment method before trying again.
4. Card Limit Reached
If you've hit your card's daily or monthly spending limit, your payment will be declined.
5. 3D Secure Not Activated
Dr. Job uses 3D Secure authentication to protect your first transaction. If your card isn't set up for 3D Secure, the payment may not go through. Contact your bank to enable it.
6. Fraud Prevention by Your Bank
Sometimes your bank may block the transaction if it flags it as suspicious (especially for online or international payments). You’ll need to contact them directly to approve the charge from Dr. Job FZ LLC.
7. International Payment Blocked
If your card is not authorized for international or online payments, the transaction won’t go through. You can request your bank to enable this.
8. Missed Payments or Bank Flags
If you've had a prior failed or disputed transaction, your card may be temporarily blocked from re-use on the Dr. Job platform.
9. Temporary Technical Issues
Try a different browser or device, ensure your connection is secure, or attempt the transaction again after a short time.
