Manual and Automated Screening

• New employers are reviewed before full posting access is granted
• Suspicious activity (mass postings, duplicate content, odd job titles) is flagged automatically
• Jobs that are unusually vague, unrealistic, or misleading are blocked for review

Business Information Checks

• Employers are asked to provide valid company details including:
  • Legal business name
  • Website
  • Business activity
• Our team checks these details against public sources or official records when needed

Ongoing Moderation

• Job listings flagged by users are immediately reviewed
  • If found to be in violation, they’re removed from the platform
  • Repeated violations result in a permanent ban from posting
