Dr. Job uses multiple layers of checks to reduce scam listings and ensure that remote employers posting on the platform are legitimate.
Manual and Automated Screening
- New employers are reviewed before full posting access is granted
- Suspicious activity (mass postings, duplicate content, odd job titles) is flagged automatically
- Jobs that are unusually vague, unrealistic, or misleading are blocked for review
Business Information Checks
- Employers are asked to provide valid company details including:
- Legal business name
- Website
- Business activity
- Our team checks these details against public sources or official records when needed
Ongoing Moderation
- Job listings flagged by users are immediately reviewed
- If found to be in violation, they’re removed from the platform
- Repeated violations result in a permanent ban from posting
