Once you're signed in, follow the steps below to publish your first job post.
Step-by-Step Guide to Posting a Job
1. Log in to Your Employer Account
Visit www.drjobpro.com and log in with your registered email and password.
2. Complete Your Company Profile (if not already done)
Before posting, you need to fill out your company profile. This includes:
- Uploading your company logo
- Recruiter name, mobile number, and email
- Designation (e.g. HR Manager, Recruiter)
- Company name, founded year, employee count
- Industry, country, city
- Website or social link for verification
- Company type (e.g. Consultant, Direct Employer)
Note: You only need to submit your first job post for review. Once approved, your account will be activated for unlimited job postings without any delays.
3. Navigate to the Dashboard
From the top menu, go to Dashboard to manage postings.
4. Click on Add New Post
This takes you to the job creation form.
5. Fill in the Job Details
Provide accurate information including:
- Job title
- Country and city
- Job type (full-time, remote, freelance, etc.)
- Job description
- Required qualifications and experience
- Number of openings
- Salary details (optional)
6. Submit the Job Post
After submission, your first job post will be reviewed by our moderation team. Once it's approved, you can post future jobs instantly, no further review needed.
Important Notes
- Job posting is 100 percent free.
- Manual review applies only to the first post.
- Future posts go live immediately after submission.
- All jobs stay live for 60 days unless manually expired.
- You will receive email notifications for all updates.
