When you submit a job post on Dr.Job Pro, it goes live immediately so you can start attracting candidates without delay. However, each listing is also reviewed by our moderation team to ensure quality and relevance.
Step 1: Job Goes Live Instantly
As soon as you complete your post and click "Submit," it becomes visible on Dr.Job and available to jobseekers.
You’ll see the status in your employer dashboard under My Jobs, showing whether it’s currently live or under review.
Step 2: Moderation Review in the Background
While your job is already live, our team will review it to make sure it:
- Matches the job title and role described
- Follows quality standards (no spam or vague info)
- Has valid contact and company details
This review typically happens within 24 hours.
If the post meets our guidelines, you won’t need to do anything. You’ll be allowed to continue posting as many jobs as you like without restrictions.
Step 3: If There's an Issue
If a post doesn't meet our standards, it may be:
- Flagged for revision with specific feedback
- Temporarily paused while we contact you
- Removed in cases of violation (duplicate/spam/fraudulent)
You’ll be notified by email and through your dashboard, and you can edit and resubmit the job anytime.
