Yes once your resume is built or uploaded on Dr. Job, you can easily download it at any time in PDF format.
Where to Find the Download Button
After saving your resume, go to the right-hand side of your Dashboard under the “Save My Resume” section. There, you’ll see options to:
- Download your resume (PDF)
- View it directly in your browser
- Re-upload or update if needed
Is It Only Available in PDF?
Currently, resumes are exported as PDFs, which are formatted to be ATS-compatible and professionally structured. If you need a Word version (.docx), you can open the PDF in Word.
Does Downloading Affect My Profile?
No. Downloading your resume doesn’t change anything inside your Dr. Job account. It’s just a copy for your personal use.
Can I Use the Downloaded Resume Elsewhere?
Yes. You can send it to recruiters directly or print it for interviews. But we recommend always keeping your Dr. Job profile updated, especially if you're using Auto Apply or the Interview Coach.
Quick Tip
If you upload your own resume, that version will be downloadable too and you can re-upload a new one anytime. If you use the AI builder, your generated resume is ready to download the moment it’s published.
